Manufacturing Workshop

Shunfa surface mounting workshop has been outfitted with Samsung’s high-speed SMT placement machine and a complete series of supporting equipment, so that the PCB (printed circuit board) can be automatically processed for a higher production efficiency and better production quality.
The workshop is also dust free. In this workshop, a10s management system, clean assembly line, and standard operation are all introduced, allowing for an efficient production for high quality automotive lighting. Every batch of our automotive lighting will undergo a series of testing from quality control staff to ensure nothing but qualified products leave our facilities.

The PCD dispensing workshop is in charge of the dispensing process for Silica gels. In order to ensure the high light transmission, excellent moisture resistance, and great durability of our silicon gel LED lamps, Shuanfa employs professional dispensing personnel and delivers reasonable dispensing solutions.

The aging workshop is primarily responsible for long-term aging test and routine checking for our lighting fixtures. Anti-aging test, one of the most crucial procedures to ensure durable operation, has to be carried out for every lighting product.

Not only that, but an assembly line is also installed on Shunfa Manufacturing Workshop workshop. Here, a final check on the appearance and performance is carried out before being packaged and shipped to the warehouse.

The lighting source production workshop is mainly responsible for the research and development, designing, automatic die attaching, automatic wire bonding, automatic dispensing, baking, testing and many other procedures. In this workshop, completed production procedure and sophisticated technicians are all present, so that we can ensure nothing but the best in our light source products.

In finished product warehouse, warehouse keepers will arrange product’ delivery in strict accordance with customer requirements, so customers will receive their finest-quality goods on time.
